About Me
My name is Dr. Mackenzie Hubbell. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a National Certified Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Since beginning my work in 2013 and practicing as a therapist since 2015, I have been committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and authenticity.
I hold a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from Capella University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State Harrisburg. My background in both clinical practice and counselor education allows me to provide not only effective therapy but also high-quality clinical supervision for counselors working toward licensure.
My practice focuses on women’s issues, including life transitions, stress, identity development, relationships, and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental virtual space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed counselors seeking guidance, skill development, and confidence as they grow into their professional identities. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians and providing a collaborative, supportive supervision experience.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, reading, and going for hikes—activities that help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most.
